Privacy Policy

Subloop is a personal subscription tracker. This page explains what data we collect, what we do with it, and what control you have. We have tried to write it plainly rather than in legal boilerplate.
What you enter
Service names, amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates, notes and shared-plan details are all typed in by you. That data is stored on your device and synced to our server (Supabase) so it follows you across devices.
We do not connect to your bank, read your messages, or access your email. Subloop has no idea what you actually pay — only the numbers you record.
Accounts
You can use Subloop without an account. In that mode your data is tied to an anonymous identity on your device.
If you create an account, we store your email address (or the identifier Apple gives us if you sign in with Apple). A profile photo is stored only if you choose to upload one.
Notifications
Renewal reminders are scheduled and shown on your device. Their contents are not sent through any server.
You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device settings.
Payments
All Subloop Pro purchases are handled by Apple. We never see or store your card details.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state. It receives your account identifier and the transaction details Apple provides, so we know which plan you are on.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We show no ads. We use no third-party analytics or behavioural tracking.
Your rights
You can delete individual subscriptions, or your whole account and its data, from inside the app.
For a copy of your data or a manual deletion request, email us.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
