Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-05
By installing and using Subloop you agree to the terms below.
What Subloop does
Subloop helps you record and follow your own subscriptions. It is a record-keeping tool — we do not cancel, pay, or negotiate with any provider on your behalf.
The figures shown are based on what you enter. We make no guarantee they match your real invoices.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. If you use guest mode without creating an account, your data may be lost if you delete the app or change device.
Subloop Pro
Pro unlocks unlimited subscriptions and detailed spending analytics. The weekly, monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
The monthly and yearly plans include a three-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in your iPhone Settings, under Subscriptions.
Cancelling mid-period keeps Pro active until the time you paid for runs out.
Refunds
Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds follow Apple policy. We cannot process refunds directly — please contact Apple Support.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, interfere with, or abuse the service, and do not use Subloop to store unlawful content.
Limitation of liability
Subloop is provided "as is". We work to keep reminders reliable, but we are not liable for charges you incur, services you lose, or financial loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
